Refund Policy

At Suvarna Muki , customer satisfaction is important to us. We process refunds only for eligible cases outlined below.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• An incorrect item is delivered.
• The order is lost during transit.
• The product is spoiled upon delivery.
• The order is cancelled before dispatch.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Opened or consumed products.
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
• Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to reflect.

Order Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
