1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are generally dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be dispatched on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
Bengaluru Delivery
- Free delivery within Bengaluru city limits.
- Products are packed securely using food-grade packaging to maintain freshness and quality.
Pan-India Delivery
- Orders outside Bengaluru are shipped through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on eligible local deliveries within Bengaluru.
- Shipping charges for other locations are calculated during checkout based on package weight and delivery destination.
- Any additional taxes, duties, or charges applicable to remote delivery locations shall be borne by the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, or courier delays.
5. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
After verification with our courier partner, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund, wherever applicable.
6. Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or dispatched.
