Return Policy

At Suvarna Muki, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality edible oil products.

Since our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted once delivered due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

However, we do accept returns under the following circumstances:

Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements may be considered if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is leaking or spoiled upon arrival which you need to take the picture.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 1 day of receiving the order.

Please share:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Requests received after this period may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Opened or partially used products.
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Incorrect storage after delivery.
• Products damaged due to customer handling.

Replacement

After verification, eligible orders will be replaced at no additional cost.

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
